QUALITY POLICY

Our quality control begins at the very initial stage of designing and sample development itself. Our quality inspection starts from the sample development, as this is going to be the first impression on our products. Starting from designing our quality control team assures of our quality at every stage of production.
It is the responsibility of our checking department to ensure that 100% inspection is done on each and every product and detects various faults. Our internal testing laboratory ensures that our product meets the global testing standards and the various specific testing standards as requested by our customers.
We have an inline quality control team, which does running inspection during the weaving and the stitching process. Apart from the inline quality control team, we also have the supervisors for each department, which ensures quality. Our mid inspection is done according to the quality control as per ACCEPTABLE QUALITY LIMIT AQL 4.0. After the final packing has been done we finally carry out a quality control as per the norms of AQL 2.5%.
